Her expertise lies in French and Italian wines. As an award-winning Champagne educator, nothing brings her more joy than discussing bubbles and showcasing her skill with the Champagne Saber.

Gavin McLaughlin is chef and owner of Gavin McLaughlin Events & Catering Company, a premier events and catering company based in Manhattan serving clients in New York City, New Jersey, Nantucket, Long Island and Connecticut. GME&CC’s mission is to provide unique and customized events catering to all a clients needs and wants whether its a wedding for 250 people or an intimate dinner for 20.
